I just did a quick Google search on it.  It sounds like it only streams select PS3 games which means it won't be for me.  But still a pretty cool idea anyway.

Remember you still have to pay for PlayStation Now. Right now it's $100 dollars for a year, but that deal ends on January 11th, sending you right back to too-expensive 3-month blocks.

And you'll be limited to somewhere around 150 games, so a small fraction of the total PS3 library. List on their site (all the way at the bottom of the page): https://www.playstation.com/en-us/explore/psnow/subscriptions/
