The netflix disc was offered for free from netflix themselves before they created the Wii Netflix channel. I doubt you'll ever be able to get one outside of finding someone who's selling it. Especially since it wasn't all that long of a time between the disc being sent out and the channel being created :\ and honestly I kinda believe that most people threw them out once the channel was released since the disc became essentially useless.
