Are you just looking for PAL scans or do you need US scans as well?
My guess is that both are fine as conversion between them is guite easy.
Well I have over 50 PS1 games scanned in my scan thread (link in signature) with over 200 PS1 games in my collection (about 95% CIB). I'm happy to scan anything I own. If you are having trouble with any of the scans that I have uploaded, please let me know as I'm willing to rescan as needed (if I can improve them). I'm pretty sure I have my scanner set to the optimal settings, but it's possible I've missed something since my Windows 10 upgrade reset all of my settings for some reason. All of my games are NTSC.
