Ah Resident Evil...back in early 1997 I bought my first Saturn BECAUSE of Resident Evil. The box touted that it had "an all new monster" - or something to that effect - and being a huge fan of the game, I picked it up. This was before I had the internet, and I knew absolutely NO ONE with a Saturn, so all I had was the box to fill me in... Then I played through the game and discovered the new monster is basically just a red hunter. Looks pretty much the same, acts identical. I was...disappointed. At least I got a great system out of it. |
