I got some of the empty red shells form this manufacturer and wow. If they weren't red I'd swear they were Nintendo OEM.

I found a NES collage online and it I believe it makes for a nice cover. I'm surte some of the games in the art are not actually on the cart, but hey, It's a bootleg cart anyways.

You can actually import the images into Microsoft Word and then alter the dimensions to whatever size you need. Just make sure to use legal sized paper.
