Has anyone made a custom case for the fire emblem repro or PTO 2?

There are several Fire Emblem repros actually, and few have covers, altough none are on my quick list currently, but might be stored on my computer at home.
Which one you need.

Also currently no PTO 2 cover available IIRC.
But with high quality image of the front EDIT: Seems we have Saturn Version so making Vertical cover is a breeze, especially if one would type the back text... EDIT 2: Seems GameFaqs has that so all ios set for cover making when I have time.
