TCP Goals for 2016

This is something I do all the time for my own purposes, and for my business(es). I know I'm not on the forums nearly as much as I used to be, but this is one area where I'm sure I can continue to contribute.

We need to make a specific section on the forums, next to templates, for vector logos.
