So!

For those who know of JB Hi-Fi, I think it's similar to best buy. They had a HUGE gaming clearance pop up on their website, it was shambles. They said it was for in store only. So I went to all 3 stores in my local area.

This is what I got, did grab some doubles that aren't photo'd.

Most were a dollar, a couple were 5 bucks and the disgaea and tales games were 10 bucks each.

Overall, I think I made a decent contribution to my ps3 collection for next to nothing.

I love clearance sales like that.  Target has been doing something similar about once a year during the summer time.
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

i'm not at all certain as to what impresses me more:  ;D
1, the set at large.
2, or the commitment to line up the loose retail cartridges on the floor for a picture.

...
picked up a couple of 128m ps2 mc's for a gbp a piece.
they're much slower than the official 8m's, worth it for capacity, and freemcboot seems to work well with this pair of mc's...if a lot slower on the read/write access.
removed the mc housings to look at the eeproms, and they're both samsung. :)

That is strange that the two Rodea CE's didn't have anything to differentiate them.

I ordered 5 European WiiU copies (ENG, FRA, ESP, GER and ITA ones) and only difference is that FRA, ESP, GER and ITA versions have small white round sticker that says which version it is.

Actually got this last month but figured I'd just post it here.  NTSC Physical copy of Kromaia Omega for the PS4... Maybe the rarest NTSC PS4 game as of right now? :p  It's published by Rising Star Games and is supposed to be sold on Amazon, TRU, etc according to RSG but it came out last month and nobody has a NTSC copy for sale anywhere (PAL is easy to find).  The only way I got mine was by asking RSG on twitter about it and they eventually sold 2 copies directly to me (one for a friend).  I know they said they were having issues with their US distributors and that's why it's not for sale anywhere yet.  That's been 2 or 3 weeks ago now so I don't know what the hold up is.

BTW, it's a 360 degrees shmup with visuals kind of like Rez.  Pretty cool game and worth the $20 it cost.

made out like a bandit toady.
for less than ten gbp, i got fucked up on some british ale (three pints of bitter at 5.4% proofs) and walked away with: (PAL-EUR)
1, mecchassault [xbx]
2, forza motor sport. [xbx]
3, sonic riders [ps2]
4, capcom vs SNK II EO [ps2]
all complete.
was after CVS2-EO since it's ps2 relz.
i don't have the mechassault specific xbx controller sadly.
no matter, got the game on retail... :P
[edit]

Got a copy of SkullMonkeys from eBay for $25, missing the manual, but had the original (But cracked) case so I was able to print out a replacement cover and get the 3D effect. :)

I have to have!  Hopefully it will be for sale soon through proper channels.

I love me some Target clearance sales.  ;D

Already have Ico/SOTC so this one will stay sealed.  ;)

Been after one of these for about 2 years. I really don't care for about 99% of the U.S. Limited models. Of course Japan (and the EU in the case of the Luigi 30th model) gets the bestest designs.

edit: Smoke N64 showed up yesterday. Funtastic collection complete!
