For your information, Championship Soccer '94 was called Sensible Soccer in Europe, and had different box art but was the same game. I just want something that looks nice and vertical USA style to match the rest of my collection and look nice on the shelf to store the game in a universal game case. Even an updated fan made "recreation" would be acceptable, and I will use.
I just realized that there really isn't any good scans of Championship Soccer '94 online anywhere, but I was able to find a few which I will post below:
