1, crystal chronicles for the ncg. (not that rare, but expensive bought IRL. outsource online.)
2, crystal bearers and echoes of time for wii. (nowhere near as bad as ngc game costs, but as it's a franchise, watch out for IRL gougers. again, outsource.)
3, dirge of cerberus for the ps2. (surprisingly cheap for part of the ff7 story, and in absolute fairness despite the change of gameplay, definitely worth having.)
4, crisis core for the psp. (i've never ever seen a retail copy of this game in the shops near me, ever. like gradius 3 & 4 on the ps2, it's VERY elusive. outsource.)
5, ............. dissidia for the psp. (not so much an rpg, but a beat em up, good as an intermission, and features many characters of the ff franchise.)
 ;D

typo.

How extensive are you going?  Just the numbered entries?  Crystal Chronicles spin-off series?  Tactics spin-off series?  Final Fantasy Adventure or Legends series for the Gameboy?

You didn't mention VII, IX, or XII on the list of what you have or have en route... and 7 and 9 are 2 of my favorites.

Top of my head what you're missing, and I know I'm not going to list them all:

VII
IX
XII
Tactics
Tactics Advance
Adventure
Legend
Legend II
Legend III
Crystal Chronicles (I know there's multiple of these)

All of those have the words "Final Fantasy" in their title.  Then there's the Chocobo series... SaGa series (which is the original title for FF Legend), the Mana series (original title for Adventure)... all of which are at least tangentially related but don't have those magic words in its title.  How far down the rabbit hole do you want to go? :D

Kingdom Hearts is a weaker tie than SaGa or Mana imo, but still a tie-in series.  XI is still active I think, A Realm Reborn was launched relatively recently, and XIV is brand new so you're not going to have any issues playing that now (or for several years).  I had skipped it initially though, as the online version is... different in my eyes.

But like with a lot of things related to "collect a whole series", it becomes in the eye of the beholder (Castlevania is my jam, but I haven't gotten Kid Dracula for example)

Final Fantasy 1, 2, 3, 4 the complete collection, and Tactics were all best on the PSP. 7 Crisis Core and both Dissidias are only on PSP, so it's really hard to pass that system up.

Final Fantasy 5, 6, and Tactics Advance on the GBA.

Hard to beat that setup right there.

just an FYI, there's various way to circumvent that (cough* CRACKED PS3 cough*) not least with the fact the psp-200x upwards can be plugged into a tv.
i have a psp-3003 and an n1001/n340 (psp-go and dock) hooked up to my screen via Y.Pb.Pr./component.
...and the psp-go works with ps3 bluetooth pads... ;D

PSPs are cheap and plentiful on Craigslist, at least in my area. Get a 200x or 300x series, as Amiga noted you can use the official component cables to plug those into your television if she's not a handheld fan. You can also use a GameCube with the gameboy player to play the various GB/GBC/GBA titles on your TV (kinda pricey, those player discs are getting hard to come by) or a Super Gameboy for your SNES/SFC to play the original Gameboy titles (but not the GBA ones)

My suggestion on the PSP is to look for a 200x version if you can. They can have CFW permanently installed on them (usually) which is nice. 300x ones can have it installed still, but you have to enable it even you boot up, which isn't hard or time consuming it's just annoying in my eyes.

I have a psp 1000 and the av cable works with it in my tv also. Just FYI. And I think there is some custom firmware out now that actually works with the psp 3000 and go.
