Actually, no I didn't.  Was just making friendly conversation.  I'm originally from London, and went to uni in Salford.  Never heard that saying was all.

I honestly think that most people are used to hostility on the internet and that's what they assume when reading other people's respones.  Fortunately this site has very little hostility and damn near every regular member is friendly and helpful.  This isn't Nintendo Age. 

NA has a larger user base so the chances of running into jerks is higher, but I have had mostly positive encounters there. Someone was even kind enough to give me a code for a free digital game.

TCP is still da best though

Yeah, it's not all bad.  The extra volume of traffic means there is always something to talk about, but like you said, the chance of running into a jerk is much higher.
