If there is any dust or debris, the disc can be scratched when you wipe it. |

Blu-ray Discs are pretty difficult to scratch, it is most likely somebody touched it with food on their fingers and it got stuck on there. As was mentioned before, use a soft cloth with some water and it will probably come right off. |
