I have:
  Everdrive N8
  Everdrive64 v3
  Everdrive GB
  Turbo Everdrive
  Master Everdrive

Genesis will probably be next.  I'm pretty sure I'm going to get the Mega Everdrive which is the more expensive one with save states and the in game menu.  After that will be SNES. I still can't decide if I want Super Everdrive or SD2SNES.  I'm just not sure that the enhancement chip compatability is worth it to me.  I own just about every enhancement game I would ever want to play, so I might get the cheap one.  That would leave Game Gear for last.  I don't think I'll buy that one unless I ever get my video out board installed.  If I can't paly the games on the big screen, I won't get much use out of it.  GBA Everdrive will probably by done by then anyway, so it would be next on my list.

Then I have to look into the flash carts for other systems (non Everdrive branded stuff).
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

The MSU1 sound hacks are the best part of the SD2SNES but if you don't care about that then I say just go with the Super Everdrive.

The genesis everdrive I own is the Mega Everdrive V2 which my only complaint is that the battery holder sticks out so far that the shell won't close all the way and if you try to force it, it will ruin the battery holder.

And I am also patiently waiting for a GBA everdrive. The only other flash cart I have is the SuperCard DSTwo for the Nintendo DS which rocks too btw.

Definately want to get something for the DS eventually.  I would love to get a Skunkboard for the Jaguar, but they are not easy or cheap to find.

I also have a GDEMU which is awesome.  It's the only SD or USB type of mod for a disc based system that I have.  I really want to get the 3DO version but it's super expensive.  The good part is now it's available for the FZ1 in a solderless install.

I'm jelous of the GDEmu! My Dreamcast is weird it only plays CD-R's. GD-Rom games won't work any more :( I think it means my laser is going bad.

Never seen that before.  I had 3 Dreamcats, but I just got rid of one of them, so now I'm down to 2.  One black Sega Sports with GDEMU and one original white that plays GDROMs.  If your disc drive is going bad, it's definately time to look into SD or USB mods.  At least the Dreamcast has different options (I can't believe 2 different people have developed disc drive replacemetns for the Dreamcast).  Unfortunately, neither one is cheap.

I've been a fan of Vandal Hearts since it was originally released for the PS1.  I can't believe it took me this long to get the sequel.  I'm not sure if I'm going to like the different battle system, but I guess we will see.

I also picked up Duck Tales Remastered.

Two new pickups this week....

One was pretty cheap.  The other I feel is going to really stress my budget when all is said and done.

Congrats!

They're cheap early on. They don't start getting expensive until later on. But they will cost a lot of sleep upfront :P

A LOT

The retrode seems to be getting pricey.  I've gotta pick up those modules at some point before they're impossible to find...
