RetroRGB interviewed the guys behind LRG in his latest video. Interesting to watch
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kbDDGo9W6T4

I don't follow this guy and I do not think I will after he said that Play Asia sells bootlegs.  I have been purchasing from Play Asia for years and they are great.  I even won a free game from them before.  My jaw dropped when he said that, pretty wild claim.

Enjoyed the rest of the interview.  Been purchasing Limited Run Games since Breach and Clear.  Only missed a few games that I wanted due to my schedule.

Too be fair, he knows a TON about the technical details of console video, I doubt he knows much outside that and probably is just opinionated about random bits

still 66% of n++ stock left this morning - looks like that one was over produced, and the scalpers already trying to sell it for $55 are going to be SOL. lol

I didn't care for any of the offerings this week. I think the weekly releases are gonna burn folks out. Twice a month seems to be the sweet spot if you ask me.

I total agree. Up to this point I have purchased every release. It is just to much to keep up, not to mention a fairly big investment every month.

Agree. And 2-4 games each time is a joke.  Better quality titles, less frequent, and if they numbered he releases they could detect which ones go straight on eBay.

That assumes eBay sellers would reveal what number they're selling.

I suppose that's true, but what difference would it make anyway?   People are gonna sell their games on eBay.  There's literally nothing that can be done about it.

Supposedly, the regular edition of Ys Origin will actually be up for 24 hours for pre-order.  Only the CE will be limited.
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

I hope this will allow combine shipping.  I may get both games.

I'm not sure how it will work with the pre-order, but another thing that they've been doing lately is that if you buy one game in the morning, and one game in the evening (of the same day), they will combine your orders and give you a shipping discount (not a full discount, but it's better than nothing). However, you must send them an email and open a ticket for it to happen.  Obviously, you need to do this as soon as possible.  I know that's a little different than what you are asking, but it's worth getting that out there for anyone who has been in that situation.

That would be much better than my last experience! I bought two games (or game + soundtrack) in the same run (minutes apart), emailed them right away. They refused to combine shipping because they supposely had no control on it.

I'm not sure when they started doing that, but I believe it's fairly recent.  There are more people working for them now, so that probably has something to do with it.  When it used to be just two people, there was probably no way to properly organize that.  Having a small staff makes that type of thing more realistic.
