Sorry, I was thinking "playing cards" in my head when I wrote that.

palmer6strings:

lRG kind of screwed people over with those playing cards. Apparently if you don't want any of the games coming out for the next 2 months (how long before the code expires) they were going to charge you $15 just to ship you the cards you already purchased and were already promised with the game. Kind of a fucked up business practice to me.  ::)
Hell I've went round and round with them twice already for fucking up my orders. One got solved the other didn't.

Why would the shipping be $15 when everything else is $5?

monjici:

15$ outside of US I presume.
I've jumped off the LRG wagon and shipping fees were one reason. I can get a 5 pounds book  shipped from France for 5$, but LRG charges 15$ for each shipment to Canada. At least it was the case for my last orders.
One of their CDs would have cost me 40$ CAD in total, and didn't even had all the tracks I would have got in the full digital download for a fraction of the price. I dig physical, but at some point I have better plans for my money.

wiggy:

USPS int'l shipping rates are sort of insane, and just keep going up.
