Right. None of those amazon listings have anything to do with what I said. There are four Shantae games: Shantae Shantae Risky's Revenge Shantae & The Pirate's Curse Shantae Half Genie Hero Pirate's Curse found a publisher willing to put out a physical 3DS version several years after it first became available on the eshop. Half Genie Hero is a brand new game that Wayforward is developing for PlayStation 4, WiiU and Vita. This game was a kickstarter, with the Vita version being a successful stretch goal. Last spring and summer, Wayforward put Risky's Revenge and Pirate's Curse on the PS4 PSN. What LimitedRunGames is doing is producing PS4 physical versions of the PS4 versions of Risky's Revenge and Pirate's Curse. There is no [current] Vita version of either Risky's Revenge or Pirate's Curse, and there will not be a 3DS version of Half Genie Hero. As a result, LimitedRunGames won't be producing physical Vita versions of Risky's Revenge or Pirate's Curse without Wayforward first developing them. The fact that there's a Vita Shantae on amazon you can preorder has nothing at all to do with what I was saying about Risky's Revenge and Pirate's Curse getting physical Vita versions via LimitedRunGames. |
