Limited Run Games, putting digital games in your hands

Its the name of the company! lol. Also they said other games will get much higher runs. This was the first game so they were not sure. Also they are doing limited since they want the games to actually be limited even though you can get them digital. Also they are going to be limiting them to 1-2 per household they said.

Yeah, ESRB ratings are actually voluntary and driven by retailer requirements. Since we are not being sold at retail, we've been able to get clearance from Sony's legal department to launch without a rating.
