I got mine today too!! They look amazing! The only difference I can see is there is no branding on the inside of the case. (Which is to be expected)
Very happy with these.

Ya I had a hole punched in the top of my box too, luckily it didn't harm any of the cases.

I recently received an order for 10 of them, and the results are extremely disappointing.

Maybe I got a bad batch or something, but basically, Genesis games don't fit in them.

The inner plastic walls and clips that hold the game in place (for lack of a better term) are too small to properly hold a game.

I can only get the cartridge to fit if I use an excessive amount of force, and even then, I have to apply pressure to the whole case and use a twisting motion, similar to the kind one uses when they are trying to extract ice cubes from an ice cube tray.

Once the cartridge is in place, the plastic walls around the cartridge bulge outward, further indicating that it is too small and does not fit properly. (This does not happen on the original cases).

The little ridges located on the inside of  plastic walls also appear to extend out further from the walls than the ones on original cases do. This further exacerbates the problems mentioned above and makes it even harder to get a game to fit.

On an original Sega case, I can simply slide the cartridge into position. On these cases, the cartridge frequently catches on these ridges when I try to do the same thing. I know this is a small quibble, but it raises additional concerns that those ridges could catch on a game and damage its label, which makes me even less inclined to use these to protect my games.

I wasn't expecting these to be perfect replicas of the original cases, but I was expecting them to at least be usuable without having wrestle with case each time I want to get the game out or worry that these could damage my games.

All of this is further frustrated by the fact customgamecases.com wont accept returns, so now I'm out $24.50+ shipping.

I'm not trying to dump on the guy for his efforts, but after seeing all the comments about how well these work I do feel like I was misled.

Still loving mine! They are a bit snug, but I figured since I have not bought a new plastic cased Genesis game in about 15 years; that they were always this stiff when new.

They do take a bit of effort to pull them out, but it's perfectly acceptable.

I just think someone is just wanting to bitch about something. I got, and really like mine. No complaints from me other than spending money I shouldn't be spending lol.

I'm using mine to store my Master System games.  100% satisfied.  I'll get pictures up soon.  I need to make a few covers for some of the more obscure games.
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

Boxed all mine and printed nice new covers. They look original, its excellent. Yes its a bit tight but I would expect it to feel tight vs. 20 year old original cases I have.

Nice these are cool! And since the majority (if not all) of the Genesis covers on the site are UGC sized, would you mind telling me the dimensions you're printing these in?

This should still work for these.

I just got mine. Didn't order that many (5) since I only have a handful of titles that were missing the cardboard shell. And now I'm tempted to migrate my cardboard CIBs into these cases and keep the cardboard boxes in storage to protect them. These are really just that good. About the only downside is that these can be really difficult to tell from the real thing, especially once you print out a good insert for the cover. That and I'm not sure if the hangar tab is really all that useful beyond making them look more authentic.

The cases do hold on to the cart, but not really any more than a NM original. Those can hold onto their cart quite well, and aren't that difficult to run across. I have 3-4 games that hold onto their cart just as much as these, and are original cases.

Anyone who thinks they hold the carts too tight needs to go out and buy a brand new Genesis game.  These hold games just like a new case does.  Everyone's 25 year-old Genesis cases aren't gonna be virgin tight at this point.

Just sayin'

I figured it was still on the first page, so it's fair game.  Not to mention that I'm no stranger to bumping old-ass topics once in a while :P
