Seems like this album is only available in EU.
Is there anyway to get this in NA?

I'll be going to the big city on November 5th, and will visit a small specialty shop that might have those.
Their homepage lists them at 8.95€, so if someone wants I can pre-order those and pick them up then if they have them (they don't always get the stuff they order).
I won't charge you until I have the item in hand.

Dude!!!!
That album looks great! It even is numbered and has a spot for every card.

I'll be keeping my eye open for one on this side of the pond.

There is a nice large image on Amazon:

Reminds me when I was collecting stickers in the 80s.

Anyway, I wonder does this have:
- 100 pockets = Normal set
- 101 pockets = Normal set + The Japanese magazine exclusive Isabelle
- 103 pockets = Normal set + The 3 cards that come with Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival
- 104 pockets = Normal set + The 3 cards that come with Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival + The Japanese magazine exclusive Isabelle

Could be any of these as logical max pocket count is 108 (9x12).

BTW: The Japanese magazine exclusive Isabelle opens Winter costume skin in Super Mario Maker.

I'll order 5 when I get home.
Will order more if wanted.

Anyway checked postages to US:
Under 2cm and under 250g = 4.60 Euros
Over 2cm and under 250g = 8.00 Euros
Under 2cm and under 500g = 10.00 Euros
Over 2cm and under 500g = 15.00 Euros

No tracking.

With tracking 19 - 21 Euros extra.

First option might be possible with minimal packaging.
Second is most likely one with bubble wrap in letter.
Fourth is with bubble wrap in box.

I think there will be plenty of space for special cards (maybe not identified places). Each page hold 18 cards (9 on each side). You need 6 pages to hold 100 cards, leaves at least 8 free places.

The following link shows the last page almost blank, and if I count correctly, 7 pages are shown. So a potential of 126 places. Would make sense to help storing doubles.

So it looks like the cheapest is gonna be around $20 in US currency... I think I can live with that.

I'm a bit confused about a few things:

1. Some people from US are already selling thealbums on ebay (where did they got it from?)
2. It will be available in EU on the same day as Series 2 get realease (will it still be the album for release 1?)
3. Why aren't these globally available since day 1? This would encourage collecting, thus improving sales.

My answer to your question #2:

From what it seems by the pictures, it would be kind of dumb to just use them same booklets as series 1 since the series 1 book revolves around the series 1 cards... *pant pant whew... Sorry long sentence.

Unless you mean that they will make the series 2 book like the series one book.

My remark to your question 3:

Honestly I don't understand why Nintendo USA is doing this either. They are fucking themselves on the US market. They could be making tons more money but they just don't do it...

But let's be honest, they've been doing this ever since The NES and Gameboy were still in production. If they haven't learned from their mistakes by now, they never will.

the american album sucks because the last page is a defect and the cards fall right through because they didnt press the plastic together right.
