Got these at my local Target!

Target seems to do that about once a year.  I guess it's time for me to start visiting the stores in my area.

I tried the one by work with no luck.  However, I noticed that they marked their Wii Us down to $250 (down from $300).  It was the 32GB deluxe model with Mario Kart 8.  I'm really thinking about it since I still don't own any current gen stuff.
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

Picked this thing up today.

Apparently if you snagged Legend of Legacy on launch you get an artbook and soundtrack for no extra cost. I think Shin Megami Tensei IV and Persona Q did this too; guess it's an Atlus thing.

If anyone wants me to scan the cover I can do so tomorrow.

I should do a sneak peak of the artbook for my blog!

Got a Monster Hunter PSP3000 off Ebay.  My old 1000 was beginning to show its age with scuffs and missing pixels.  The PSP3000 looks to have never been used.  May have been a store display unit, the box is even flawless.  Check out my pictures:  http://imgur.com/a/aDrau.  I talk about it a little bit on my blog:  http://nerdkrom.blogspot.com/.

Nobody wants old PC games, to the point of giving them away for free. Oh, well, I'll take them!

Why not just repair your 1000?

I have to say that I enjoy the 3000 better than the 1000.  The 3000 is much lighter and more comfortable for me.  Screen is brighter and it seems faster with loading time.  I would not go back to my 1000.

I could replace the screen on the 1000 and clear up the missing pixels but I would have missed out on this awesome 3000.  It is Monster Hunter after all.

  • Think off-center.

Always wanted a Japanese Saturn, saw one for $50 shipped. Came with 5 Ram carts, 1 controller & hookups. Plus them nice little R4 devices for another $25.

Whatever floats your boat. I'm not trying to tell you what to do or like.
It was just my opinion. The 3000 feels really cheap and flimsy to me. I'm also not a big fan of monster hunter. It is was to repetitious to me with a boring storyline and crappy controls.

But like I said. My opinion. If you're happy, that's all that matters! I'm glad you got an awesome pickup!  ;D
