As a nine time big brother and five time uncle I can tell the answer:
The little idiots leave the discs on the shelf bare or stack them in spindles NO MATTER HOW MANY FUCKING TIMES I TELL THEM TO PUT THEM BACK IN THE CASES!!!

Man, I wish Wii U and 3DS played imports. Only 1 of each system is enough for me.
