Disable HD video on Wii U, YouTube specifically?

So I use my Wii U whenever I want to watch any online videos (YouTube mostly) on my TV. I don't like the YouTube app and play via the browser. Problem is, they all default to HD, if HD is an option. My internet is not fast enough for HD, and the videos constantly pause to load. You used to be able to change the quality to 480p, but I don't see that a anymore. Anyone know?

Least on PC it's under the sprocket looking thing near the bottom right corner
