Kinkos:
8.5 x 11 = $.49 (most covers won't fit on this, only psp)
11 x 17 = $.99
i would personally recommend office max though, i have been to both.
Office Max:
(these numbers may be different though, i have a membership card)
8.5 x 11 = $.39
11 x 17 = $.69

Its kind of strange.. But I have an Epson Stylus CX 8400 that allows me to print DVD covers on 8.5 X 11 paper. This is the only printer I have ever had that allows me to do this. If you take out the insert from a DVD case and transpose it on a 8.5 X 11 sheet of paper .. you will see that it should fit fine. The problem is that most printer wont allow you to print so close to the edge. This printer does .. It is great. I am sure that it could also print UGC inserts as well. I bought mine for about $69.95 at Target. The ink is cheap enough, throw in some nice brochure paper and you are ready to print most if not all covers on the 8.5 X 11 paper of your choice. It might be more cost effective.

that could be true in the long run but i've already spent ~$100 on printing covers so its all down hill from here :)
good find on the printer though, printers that print to the edge are uncommon.

@csvo2000: Maybe in the future it will be more cost effective, but seeing as how I only need around 10-15 covers max printed at the moment, I'd say it's not.
