New Jaguar/5200 Controller in Development

Aren't 5200 joysticks analog, I think they stem from those.

Correct, they are for the 5200. However, the articles states that they will try to get them to work for the Jaugar. I guess they would have to find a way to convert the analog signal to a digital signal. The stick would have to work the same as an arcade joystick.
The part I'm not sure about is why there would be two analog sticks.

At least one 5200 game (Space Dungeon) used 2 controllers mounted on a plastic holder. This controller might work in this case... might

He needs to hand this over to someone who can make some ergonomic test models. That thing looks awful and I'm sure isn't very comfortable. It should at least be one of those two (and generally speaking, you can't have both).
