if anyone can get some raws up of the japanese version I could try to find time for it. If not I could attempt a custom one.

Raws for all the persona's were uploading in February.
They are under the Sony - PS1 section.

Ah, I should've noticed earlier, thank you. I'll download the raws and get to work on this as soon as I'm done with some other projects.
I assume you want english text? Do you want horizontal style or vertical? Any other specifics?
