That's what I paid, but my version included the Dual Shock 3, plus a memory card and two digital games.  ;)
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

Same here :) I basically bought it to have an extra PS3 controller.
To this day, I still haven't used the PS TV!

I actually got it to conduct an experiment.

I got 2 modded PS3 controllers that I always wanted to use on my PS4.. So I connected one of the controllers to the PSTV and remote played into the PS4 and... It worked!

I haven't used mine either.  What's worse, is I have an old Sony Roku-type device that is basically a PS3 without games (The interface is the same as a PS3), and I use that more than the PSTV.

It COULD have been so much more.  Not spoken to anyone who thinks it's good.  I pre-ordered it and paid retail - eu prices!!

 :o

It's too bad Sony couldn't support their own product.  Seriously, all this thing needed was support from Sony and it could have been huge.

I feel like a modified PS4 interface would have been enough.  Especially if they touted the PSVue service on it rather than the half assed Vita interface.  Since the PSTV does PS4 remote play, that could have also been used as a draw.

I thought the PS TV was the Vita version of Game Boy Player? Or is it something else?

Yes, standalone version that is incompatible with some games.
