After moving I finally got all the game systems and games set back up. Now I just need to make covers for the 2600 games and as soon as Shadowfox has them back in stock, get my NES games in cases.

Very nice.  I'm in a transition period right now, so all of my stuff is boxed up.  Nice to see stuff displayed so well.

Very clean and organized.  I love it.   :o

Those are the exact shelves I've been looking at for a while now.  What's your opinion of them?  I've read they can be flimsy.  I also know that the games will stick out a little on each shelf.  Are you happy with them?  I'm down to either building my own from scratch or getting the ones you have.

Are those Klipsch speakers?  I can't quite tell from the picture.

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

I like how clean and uncluttered it is. Sometimes you see gamerooms with so much stuff in them that it's too much. This is nicely set up.

Thanks everyone! ;D

I've been called OCD, and I am, to a point. I just like to think that I'm detail oriented and organized.

Yeah, the cases do hang over a tad and that bothered me slightly at first but it kind of makes it easier to pull the games out. They were certainly made with DVDs, CDs and Blu Rays in mind. They fit 12 UGCs perfectly in each section. Genesis games are more tricky just because of all the different sizes. I think they're a great value at $120 each.

The speakers in the retro room are MTX and the ones in the theater/modern room are Polks.

VERY nice room! I'm actually working on something like this myself right now. Polygon - can you help me out and let me know where you got the shelving for the games? Long story short I recently tried to have a custom shelf done to hold all my games and got really screwed. Can't find anything decent anywhere, but that looks great!

Yeah, sure! :D

I got them from Amazon. They're currently running about $120 and I think they're a good value for the money. I was going to build some as well. But after looking at the cost for materials and a small nail gun, plus the time I just thought this was a better route. Here's the link to them on Amazon.

Great! Thanks. I'm sure I must have seen that on amazon before in my searching, but it helps to see someone else's picture of it in a room. Looks great!

Dat's one clean room man. Looking pristine. Yeah, I can smell an OCD from mile away LOL.  Wish I had a room to spare. Having a man cave would be my ultimate achievement. Maybe when I retire... which will probably never happen :D Like the TV cabinet. All systems nice and neat. All you need is some decor, like nicely framed game character posters... as you were, soldier.

Yeah, I know. Since I'm renting I haven't hung anything up on the walls. But I do need to find some more figurines and stuff to round things out.

Yeah, it make me feel like I need to buy some more SNES games to match the Genesis shelves. Then my wallet reminds me why that's not going to happen any time soon. :D

I got them from Amazon. I'm very happy with them. And yep, the shelves are adjustable. Here's a link the product page:
