It feels like one too. Unfortunately I bought one after my original phat one failed. The sliding door on the top is horrible and plasticy. BUT it is really silent - the only noise you can hear is the sound of the disc spinning. |

My fiance's dad has a ps3 super slim and the disc spinning is loud and annoying imo. i can hear it over my headphones most of the time even. :-\ |

Sure, it's possible. However, it would be easier to modify something or make an enclosure to accommodate the internal power supply from the XBox. |
