Removing a small stripped screw?

I got a Dr. Eggman Sonic Adventure figure that is held together by screws, His shoulder joints are screws and come loose after a while, so I was trying to take it apart to tighten one of them, I stripped one of the screws on his back. Its deep, small + screw, and is very striped.
I was thinking of using super glue to attach a stick to remove it, is that stupid?

You might still be able to unscrew it if you find perfectly fitting screwdriver.
Stick + super glue might work ... but very huge chance that you glue the hole shut and/or the screw permanently in place.
If all other fails try to drill the screwhead away and then using pliers unscrew the rest once you get it open.

The stick probably won't hold since the crew is stripped. A screw will usually get stripped if it's over tightened, and then when try to loosen it, the head is too weak to handle the torque. The usual trick is to use a drill with a bit slightly smaller than the head of the screw. Put the drill in the center of the stripped screw, and if you're steady, you'll basically remove the head off of the screw, allowing you to remove the part and then taking the rest of the screw out later with pliers.

That's what I did with my bros genesis controller.
Another thing you can try if you want to sacrifice a screw driver is use some epoxy and fuse them together.

Not sure how small the screw is, but a screw /bolt extractor may work.
