Okay, here we go for the add. Thanks tjsynkral for posting these, I modified Street Fighter but left Darkstalkers totally. Trying to come as close to the original cases as possible, but your alternative is also available above for download. I only changed the cover pic and the spine label.

Street Fighter Alpha 2

and
Night Warriors

If there are those who are interested in putting together CD cases for the Saturn I'll be more than happy to share the templates I've created.
The idea of this project is to keep the cases as close to the original as possible, but sometimes that means that you have to edit the original artwork to get it to fit (see Independence Day as a big example of what needed to be done to make it work). Also the spines look best with a game logo rather than just simple text like a lot of the Playstation games have. This again means that you may have to do some image manipulation in order to get it to work. The only game so far that I could not get it to work was with DOOM so I used the Doom font and added space between the letters to make it look semi original.

Finally finished up Super Tempo. I know this game didn't have a US release, but I wanted to do a US case anyway.

Great to see you making these again... I've been busy RGB modding TVs.

Actually... I did forget, thank you. I'll have to go back and locate that.

Cool, that would be great. I can focus on Sega CD when I come back to these. (I mean, unless you want to take up the torch on those too...)

I have ordered a complete Shanghai, by the way, since I don't see any good original art scans online. I *thought* I saved the inlay from my Saturn games, but apparently they're gone and I only have manuals and discs.

I'd love to do my Sega CD games this way as well, but every case takes me around 4-8 hours depending on the amount of work that I have to do. So I can't see myself doing the Sega CD cases right now. And yes finding scans is the most difficult part of making the cases. So until I buy that one myself or find some good scans that one will probably not get done. The manual needs a scan, but so will the back.

Is there still interest in these? I am still interested and trying to find time to convert a few more of my Saturn and Sega CD games to Jewel Case.
I'm disappointed that my uploads in this format were rejected by TCP apparently so I am working on setting up off site hosting for these. Of course I wouldn't be hosting Thor's edits without permission.

I prefer mine CD case sized. Most of my games are Japanese, which is also a great source for CD sized art, as are PS1 games, if the game was on both systems.

I mentioned in in Reply #37 but it was pretty easy to miss - I posted my templates under joypadgame.com/covers/ . I definitely encourage others to join in on this and am willing to provide permanent hosting (which imgur, dropbox, etc. really aren't) given that TCP is no longer archiving any Sega covers.

Its been a long while since I made one of these. I'd like to get back into doing these more often. And thank you to tjsynkral for submitting more. I have put them on the first page and gave you credit for them.

The newest one was X-Men vs. Street Fighter, you can get it on page 1 of this forum post.
