
Like I've said before, my vote goes to variant #1 as seen here in my .psd file.
It makes the most sense visually.
I mean, for those who insist on complete uniformity on the spines of PS1, PS2 and PS3 games, I would argue that that does not make much sense. Hardware-wise and just looking at Sony's own policy, the PS3 is a completely different platform than the PS2 and PS1, it contains no hardware or software BC support, so why pretend it's the same by insisting on uniform spines?
