| Doom:
20GB, 60GB, 80GB all had backwards compatibility with PS2 games. New 80GB, 40GB, and 120GB systems don't. |

basically its supposed to be a cost cutting feature since they sell them at a loss anyway theyre trying to minimize thier loss . i kept my original PS2 and plan on gettin a PS2 Slim before they discontinue them, since i have magic slide and can play import games. |

I stilldon't have a PS2. I'm getting one by new year's though. (If there's gonna be a price drop before winter 2009, winter 2008 is it. Nobody price drops in summer unless sales are down.) |
