Yeah that's about the best deal you can get directly from them. Your best bet is to find someone on this board, living in the U.S, who would be willing to buy the cases for you, have them delivered to them and then re-ship them to you.
The other option would be to find someone living in Europe, preferrably The Netherlands in your case, and split the shipping costs.
For example: I live in Germany and I'd need about 50 cases. If we split the costs it would be $40 for the cases + $160 shipping = $200 total. Divided by two that would be $100, which would be ~ 75€ (i.e. 1,50€ per case) which I think is a pretty good price. From Germany to the Netherlands it's just a few hours by car or train, and even if we had to ship my cases from The Netherlands to me it would be pretty cheap.
So maybe you can find a friend who needs cases as well and you'll find the costs would get cut down significantly.
Oh and before you ask, the soonest I'd be buying cases would be December since there are too many good games coming out October and November
