Hey, folks. Been a lurker for a long time, so I thought I'd finally contribute something. I'm bumping this thread because it looks like it was never resolved. So, it's that damn "Q", right? The font is obviously some variation of Arial or Helvetica, but that "Q" throws it off every time. The only font I've found with that exact Q and which still resembles the rest of the font is called News Cycle. I made two new variations of the seal, the first one using the News Cycle font for the whole thing, and the second using a more standard font and only altering the Q.
