Any updates on the new horizontal inserts and when they will be available for download?

I see Custom Game Cases has updated and is now selling N64 cases with new horizontal inserts. Judging by the preview images they look pretty good, and most importantly have consistent spine coloring.  :)

I would love to have PSD file for the horizontal inserts. They look nice and I'd purchase them directly but I would be displaying the cases on a bookcase horizontally and with the spin facing up to show off as much of the awesome artwork the N64 boxes had. In short, I'd like to rearrange the imagery to better accommodate this presentation.

Thanks!

PS.. I just discovered this forum. Pretty Pretty Pretty Good! :)

I have a question for Shadowfox: how many of the N64 cases have vertical covers available and ready to go? When I was adding a bunch to the cart on your site some of the covers properly re-oriented themselves when I selected the "Vertical" option, but most of the others did not. So I was wondering if that was indicative of availability.

At the moment we have 40 verticals completed. We have several in the que being created first. (Ones that people have already ordered) But 40-ish is the answer ;)

So I just ordered my N64 cases from Shadowfox. Was real excited about them until I realized the covers are not up... at least that I can tell.

I downloaded the vertical red template, but can someone point me to where I can grab the artwork I need? I don't think I want raw scans. Is there an area where the already cleaned up versions are?

Also has anybody already completed vertical red covers for the Shadowfox custom N64 cases? Would give me a great head start on my casing if someone can post those somewhere on here...

Thanks for any help!

Personally, I haven't seen anyone working on these, so I was just planning to tweak the UGC-sized covers I've already acquired. I haven't started on that yet though; I want to finish making covers for my SNES collection first.

From my discussion with Shadowfox the other week, he said he and shenske have been working on the covers. They'll be coming.

It's a similar situation to what we went through with the NES game cases.  The cases were ready and delivered before the covers were ready.  However, the end results was WELL WORTH THE WAIT.
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

Any UGC cover that has good artwork should be easy to rip the needed images from.

Now that you mention it, I do remember something like this being stated in the past. It has been quite some time since I last heard about it, so I had honestly forgotten. With shenske at the helm I suppose I can wait. His work on the NES covers was awe-inspiring. But if only 40-ish covers are already done by rhis point, it will certainly be a long wait for the rest. For me, at least.

Now I remember going through all that with the NES cases. And yes, all that work was outstanding!

Nope, I live in Southern Illinois. Commerce City is just where the package was at the time of me posting that screenshot.

I just finished cleaning up some work on Wiggy's White template.  Hopefuly those will get posted soon.
