Rhinestone:

Hello everyone!
I have a loose GBC, and with a lot of research, I've found the scans for the original box (it's a Pokemon Special Edition, european version), but I don't have any reference about the sizes.
Is someone able to tell me the sizes for the original box (in mm or cm)?
Thanks in advance!  :)

They are the same height as DS cases, and perfect squares. About as thick as a Double Jewel Case. There are cheep reproductions inner trays you can get to get a good feel for the size.

actually, get one of these box protectors, they are the same size.

I'm actually looking for sizes for the handheld box, not for the games.
This is the one I own (picture taken from the internet. that's the box I'm going to make):

Btw, does anyone knows how the inner tray is shaped?

I don't have the system box but i have many game boxes. Maybe you could use the gamebox to guess an appropriate size:
PAL NOE dimensions are 12.5 cm x 12.5 cm. You may have to bribe a North American for measurements.  ::)

Box width is 12.5cm:

Box height is 12.5cm:

tray is about 12cm x 12cm:

tray top:

the system seems to be about 13cm height x 7.6 cm wide. I would guess the box would be around 13.5 cm x 8cm?
I have a GBC but no box. sorry. Best i can do to try to help.

you're welcome...

looking at the following image:

I see that the box is a bit larger than the system. I guess 15-16cm height x 8.5-9cm wide. Anyone?

the tray appears to be built-in/a part of the box. Much like old GB games. Maybe you can find some photos on ebay someday...
