My Craigslist pickup and impulse buy from ebay. The gameboy advance sp and finding nemo were an ebay purchase that I semi regret. It was pretty beat up, has no charger and was bedazzled but I had bought it just because I assumed it was backlit and just wanted the screen anyway. Unfortunately this wasn't one of them :( so it was a little lesson in making sure I do my research before making a purchase lol. However, I don't have an sp in my collection so I just decided to buy a new shell and plug and just make the best of it. The rest of the stuff was from a local guy on craigslist. (story in the craigslist thread). The white gba works flawlessly and is in really good shape. The glacier one not so much. It's pretty beat up and is missing the battery cover. It also doesn't seem to read any game I put in. I haven't taken it apart yet to clean it up but will do so when the new shell for that one arrives. I'm hoping for the best but I knew the risks going into the purchase lol |
