I got my Robin and Lucina AMiibo from my australian friend in the mail yesterday.
 Got my Final Fantasy PS1 Guide collection the other day
 and found Borderlands GOTY Strategy Guide at BullMoose for cheap the other day.

Found an ad on craigslist for an original playstation and a handful of games for $20 - the usual stuff, old 2nd issue model ps1, non analog controllers, memory card, stack of basic, everybody has them games...but the photo had one case catch me eye...



Complete (and in great shape) X-Men vs Street Fighter!  As a bonus, there was also a loose disc of Street Fighter Alpha 2!
I think the only reason I was able to snag it (it had been up for a day or so) is that she didn't list the titles of her games, so unless you looked carefully at the original image, this case didn't really stand out.  But boy was she proud of that Medal of Honor!

two of my recent pickups have arrived today:



i like the cover for Hugo Bukkazoom. I requested a scan of it many months ago or last year. noone seems to have it or they just don't want to scan. anyway, i bought the PS2 version. i still wanted the GameBoy cover so now i have both covers. I did the same thing with Castleween, which i really enjoy playing. i think that this game is fun. no stress.

i also have a pickup notice from the post office, so i guess another game has arrived...

Got these for around $13 each at the local game shop, since I'm the black sheep that actually liked Final Fantasy 13. That and they actually seem to have useful information inside unlike many modern strategy guides I've seen lately.

Also built a new computer to prepare for this fall's upcoming releases. Runs pretty well so far.

It's a terrible pic, sorry. But yeah I can PM you the specs. It's no powerhouse, but I haven't found a game I own that doesn't run at 1080p 60fps on maximum yet (newest high-end game I checked was Shadow of Mordor).

I also forgot to mention but also managed to pick up a copy of Final Fantasy Tactics. Never really knew much about the Tactics series but I figured that I might as well check it out.

Final Fantasy Tactics is a great game. One of my favourites of all time.
