360 or PS3 for Multi Plats?

They did update 360 to support external hard drives a few months ago.

Sounds like everything I wrote was a waste of time then, since, they both support essentially all the same options now. :P Still, good to know!

If by memory card you mean the xbox 360 official memory card then yes you can buy only on the far xbox 360 models (white one, or the elite).
The xbox 360 slims don't have memory card ports, I recommend a cheap 64gb flag drive or an external had. They should work on both the fat and slim models.
