IDK what to do...

Easy answer if it were me... Definitely sell those games you don't actually enjoy playing. As gamers, I think we all can appreciate a bunch of shelves filled with oodles of games, even if we don't play them all. But if selling off a bunch that you're just not going to ever play or just don't enjoy playing can help you in achieve a dream, that seems like a no-brainer really. At least to me. Sure, you might miss seeing your game shelves filled to capacity for a bit, but once you hop in your dream car I think you'll forget all about those games that were just looking pretty while collecting dust.

No, and No.
Yes there was one big problem that was recalled in the 2004 models. It was a set of wires that weren't properly secured in the dash and would rub until fully exposed then catch on fire. They fixed this in the 05 and 06 models.
They stopped production of this car in 06. The company replaced the GTO with the G8 which was a bigger and bulkier version of the GTO and it was a family sedan. The company lived on until 09.
No single car caused Pontiac to close it's doors. It was just the company didn't make enough money as a whole. And since General Motors (and Chrysler) were already in a bunch of debt in the first place, they decided to close the doors to the Pontiac division.
Just like a lot of other vehicle manufacturers. (AMC, Oldsmobile, and Vector to name a few) it's not that they were bad vehicles. In fact they were really good. Just not very popular.

The GTO and the G8 were some of the best cars Pontiac released in the last 10 years of it's life. And the 2006 was definitely the year to get for GTO.
I came very close to getting a G8 a while back. I almost kind of wish I had since at the time, GM was liquidating the remaining Pontiac stock with major discounts and that made one year old models with approximately 20k miles dirt cheap. I think the only thing that kep me out of it was the fact that, outside of the supercharged model, you couldn't get a stick shift, and that is usually a deal breaker for me.
