Stone Age Gamer has some of their EverDrive64s on clearance right now.  They are PAL Everdrive64s, but they indicate that they will work on US or Japanese systems with the swap of a single chip (requires soldering).  I guess that is why they are on clearance right now.  My understanding is that they found a way to put in a chip that swaps between PAL and NTSC (therefore only they only need to sell one type of board going forward), so they are getting rid of the boards that are PAL specific.

V2 is normally $112.99 for board only and is now $75

V3 is normally $166.99 for board only and is now $120

According to the site, the clearance boards are functionally the same as the newer boards other than the requirement to swap out the chip for NTSC.  If you don't mind soldering or if you live in PAL, this is one hell of a deal.

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

No problem.

At least you won't need any soldering.  :D
