thought I was going to post some covers I recently did but since I am new to all this I am not sure how to insert them. I see the insert image but it only does this

Those tags are only usefull if you want to insert some random little image you link directly from let's say Photobucket, Imageshack or Google.
Instead upload to Mediafire -> choose share -> other sharing options -> choose size -> copy the forum embed code -> post it here as is =
