[SNES] Shadowrun Vertical Cover

Hi guys! How's everything going?

I´m new to this forum, and I was wondering how could I get the vertical (custom) cover for Shadowrun - SNES. That's the only game in my collection that doesn´t have that vertical cover....it looks so weird in my shelf, next to the other games!

I could try to make the cover myself, but my picture editing abilities are very limited.

Could somebody please help me?
