I could see Sony and Microsoft having success with a PlayStation or Xbox phone, since both companies are active in the mobile space currently. And I do wonder what OS they would stick on it, because Android doesn't seem very 'Nintendo' to me, and Windows 10 Mobile seems unlikely as well, for multiple reasons. What does that leave? A custom Android fork (like FireOS or Cyanogen) or some weird Tizen/Firefox OS/Sailfish thing? No, Nintendo, if they do this, would build their own thing from the ground up - NintendOS? :P |
