Wow, wasnt expecting this...........Josh, sorry to hear things have gotten unbearable for you man, there are many periods in life where it all seems too much and this obviously effects people in so many different ways, and to so many different degrees.
All I can say is that please, as the guys have said here, get some help before you do anything that you might feel is "addressing" the issue you are experiencing...........there are very few things in this world that cannot be over come with the right level of acknowledgement, understanding and just talking through with the right person.
Especially as this seems to have come about really sudden...........just do not do anything drastic.
I wish you well, I wont even dare to say I know what you are going through as I (and anyone) do not know what it is and also how you are experiencing it.........but what I can say is that I have been to place where the only option was what you are saying there, I even began walking down that path but thankfully I was steered onto another one by both my own process of dealing with things and then with the help of the right others.
