I bought these a while back andd printed off some n64 covers and genesis's covers for them and the covers were to big am I printing wrong or are these cases wrong?

I could be the cases you bought from eBay as UGC are know to have a few different sizes. It could be the way you printed your covers. It's hard to say without more info.

It sucks trying to reply on my phone I go to a print shop and they print covers for me. They used legal paper and set to original size I think

Covers are set to 11.22 i believe, they were designed to for the old, black UGCs. The clear ones are a little smaller in terms of sleeve size, and need to be slightly adjusted.

IIRC, printing at 97% does the trick with the newer UGCs (basically any made in the last 3 years).
