Any update on Genesis Case Repros?

Has anyone gotten a sample or has shadowfox said anything new? I know the NES stuff is just about finishing up and this was to happen quickly after that fact? I've been waiting to order a big haul for these and can't wait until I can get my hands on genesis cases again!

My understanding was that the Genesis samples were coming in the same shipment as the NES case orders.  I know that the NES order has arrived to the states, and we are waiting for it to be delivered to Shadowfox.  I'm assuming that the Genesis samples will be with that.  But again, that's what I'm remembering.  Hopfully Shadowfox can confirm.

Either way, I'm excited for my NES cases.  I'm curious how Shenske is doing on the cover conversions.......

Genesis samples have been promised "next week" for about 6 weeks now. I sent them a guilt e-mail this morning and hopefully it will give me a tracking number. 

And the NES cases will be in my HANDS TOMORROW NIGHT!!!

All things that I'm loving hearing! I have so many games sitting naked just because I didn't want to put things in UGCs only to take them out again.

Shoudn't the word CASES be added to the title? I know I was confused. Do they make Genesis repro cartridges? Or just Nintendo systems? Edit: Just realised the section this was posted in. But I'm sure I'm not the only one who reads topics only because they are on the home screen, where you can't see the section it's in.

Now that all the NES pre-order cases are gone, and my life has kind of back to normal.... time to show off the photos!! 







Without Artwork sleeves on...












So in short, the Sega Genesis cases themselves are PERFECT! They look and feel identical to the authentic cases!
The only thing I am not 100% satisfied on is the artwork sleeve material. It IS textured... but not exactly the same.
Looking at them there is not a big difference, but feeling them you can tell. So the factory is back on the hunt to match the artwork sleeve material! Worst comes to worst, I have the ability to get a "Stamp" created based off the authentic artwork sleeves textures... not sure how much extra that would cost but I KNOW if the artwork sleeve had the right texture I couldn't tell between my case and the authentic one.
