Any Mega Man collectors out there?

Just wanted to let people know of this cool package, in case there are any die-hard mega man collectors out there.  This is a pretty cool package, and will be incredibly rare as they will only be making around 200.

Promotional art, probably a little video of the history of megaman or making of megaman 9.  Thats what i would assume.
