Hey guys,
Just thought I would let you know that I have had some really good chats with the guy who made these covers and boxes for me, and I am now his
OFFICIAL artist after we agreed that I could re-work, re-make, clean up and drastically improve the covers he had made and printed previously!! Including =
1 - Replacing ALL artwork with much higher res stuff
2 - Re-typing and creating new game descriptions (as he had copy and pasted really inappropriate Wiki shit, ha ha)
3 - All new higher res screen shots of the games
4 - A new SNES, game company and official logos
5 - New design and layout of certain areas
6 - Cleaned up or mostly got rid of all the shoddy crap he had on them
6 - And arguably most important........added spine game logos for display purposes!!
So thought you guys might like to see them, and also how they have obviously improved since the pretty shoddy PS work he provided for me.
Also, I ordered a Super Metroid Zero Mission cart (from someone else, not this guy) and was not happy with the available/purchasable box art around......so I literally made my own from
SCRATCH!!! top to bottom, all images, design, colour scheme, text and layout.
Although, I made it fit with the guy who makes these repro games (even though it wasnt one of his carts) just so I could use his print service and so he could have my work on this one as his box to sell if he makes the game in the future, which has got me the whole set of reprinted boxes for free.
Anyway, let me know what you think? especially of the Super Metroid ZM one =
