Mario Party DS cartridge cover

Ok, Hi all. I am glad to find this site. I am trying to print out a cartridge label for my Mario Party DS. Well, no matter how small I make it in Paint, it still prints full size on the paper. Someone help!!!!

When printing paint, in Print Setup, mess with the stuff here, like 'Adjust to 100%'

It normally scales whatever you print to the entire page. You can fix that there.
